Traditional composition crafted to individual body flow, carried with timeless elements and contemporary themes. Each piece is made custom to the individual it will live on.
Each piece begins with a picture and tracing of the body part where the tattoo will be placed, so the tattoo can be designed to fit your body’s natural flow.
My aim is to design the tattoo to fit the body as if you were born with the tattoo. The tattoo is built to accentuate the person wearing it.
Scale and precision are what let a tattoo age gracefully. Line weight, space to breathe, and contrast are chosen strategically so the tattoo can age gracefully in the decades to come.
Fresh ink photographs well. Healed ink tells the truth. These are pieces after they settled — which is the only way to judge whether a tattoo was built to last.

I had both of my sleeves done by Dylan and i can't be more happy with how each one has turned out beautiful and an absolute masterpiece of art! I am also looking forward to going back and getting more done by him and would recommend him to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo that they would admire and appreciate and is always becoming the topic of conversations.
My twin sister and I traveled to Las Vegas from AZ for our birthday and got matching tattoos by Dylan. He was extremely kind and professional from the moment we stepped in the shop. I told him that we were looking to get a traditional Japanese koi fish with cherry blossoms and the design he created is absolutely gorgeous. His artistry is incredible and our experience getting tattooed by him was wonderful. The shop is also very clean and quite mesmerizing with an eclectic array of decor. I would definitely come back to Dylan if I want any more traditional Japanese tattoos in the future - he’s worth the travel time. I am very grateful to have had such a delightful experience and appreciate his kindness and helping us celebrate!
I discovered Dylan my tattoo artist online, and was really drawn to his art pieces, because it really fits my aesthetic. He does consultation work before agreeing to any design for the final tattoo. Very smooth process in between sessions and also after care. I highly recommend Dylan if it’s your first time getting big piece of work done ! Also the ambiance of the shop 10/10 very relaxing great music and very clean !
A large-scale piece is a relationship measured in consistent sessions. Here is an overview of what that looks like before you commit.
You send placement, rough size, budget range and any reference. Not a deposit — a conversation starter.
Talk through your vision, references and placement. Meet virtually for free in 15 minutes, or at Heritage Tattoo for one hour and $200. That $200 goes toward your final session.
The piece is drawn for you specifically. A $200 non-refundable deposit holds the date and goes toward the total price of your tattoo at the final session. Read the deposit policy.
Large-scale work is built through consistency. I encourage clients to commit to one session each month, each session being anywhere from 4–8 hours. From experience, this is the best route to completing a large-scale project in a timely manner that allows the tattoo to age evenly.
After each appointment I will provide aftercare instructions. I offer free touch-ups on my work for up to 6 months after the last appointment.

One-shot tattoos and small bangers always welcome. Pick from the pre-drawn flash for a flat-price tattoo, or bring a custom idea that can be finished according to your allotted budget.
Commissions, paintings and murals, periodic merch drops, and a flash gallery to browse. Not tattoo-related requests welcome too.
